About the Client

The client had been doing medical research for more than 7 years to improve patients’ health, prevent indeterminate diagnosis and medication, decrease human error, and improve medical services. They came up with an idea to develop a medical chatbot that could assist doctors and nurses and provide medical consultations, improve outcomes, and reduce operational costs and personnel expenditures. 

Technologies Used


The client wanted to build a patient-centered solution to assist healthcare providers and reduce the human factor. It was supposed to be a chatbot able to provide the patient with relevant information based on their health records. The client planned to cooperate with three types of organizations such as health insurance offices, hospitals, and pharmaceutical companies, so the solution had to comply with their businesses as well.

Work Description

Our team initiated a thorough analysis of the client’s idea to source requirements, identify objectives, and determine specific use cases. Having completed other projects involving the development of chatbots, we employed a proven approach to design and development.

Geomotiv’s developers designed the app’s intuitive user interface and created a robust system architecture that seamlessly integrates machine learning and artificial intelligence models. They connected the application with a comprehensive knowledge base containing patients’ medical records and consultation histories.

Our developers refactored the app’s code to improve its quality and readability. They reviewed the codebase, identified improvement areas, and made minor changes to ensure the app is efficient and maintainable.

The team fine-tuned the deployment environment, including servers and cloud services, and set up CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and release. They deployed the application to production and monitored its technical capacity.

Post-release, Geomotiv’s specialists continued monitoring the app’s health. Based on user feedback, they regularly fixed bugs, improved performance, and added new features.
