ABOUT THE PRODUCT:

ElementalTV, founded in 2020 in Pasadena, CA, empowers publishers to maximize advertising inventory value with advanced audience data and AI curation for direct programmatic transactions. ElementalTV’s 1Audience solution provides a comprehensive view of audiences using deterministic and probabilistic data.

1Audience Alliance (1AA) unites CTV publishers to address common challenges, enhance buyer engagement, and optimize revenue. The product offers a video advertising technology stack, including ad server, SSP, DSP, DMP, and more, facilitating access to direct, programmatic, and third-party inventory buyers/sellers. The tech stack utilizes Java 21, Jetty/Netty, Druid, Kafka, Aerospike, PostgreSQL, and runs on Proxmox provisioned by Ansible with Jenkins for deployment. Client-side is Angular 8-based SPA.

ElementalTV’s team spans the USA, Germany, Portugal, Ukraine, Poland, Armenia, Belarus, Pakistan and India. The regular day-to-day process management is done using Jira, Confluence, Slack, and audio/video calls.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:

• Design and implement new features and services in a scalable and maintainable way.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Perform refactoring and optimization of existing components.
• Investigate and fix bugs, as well as handle technical debt in legacy systems.
• Ensure high availability and resilience of the system in highload scenarios.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Java development, highload systems, and AdTech technologies.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• 5+ years experience as a Java developer.
• Proven experience working in the AdTech industry and/or in designing and developing systems capable of handling highload environments.
• Solid experience with Spring (Boot, Data/Hibernate, REST).
• Working experience with Unit testing.
• Fluent knowledge CI/CD and SQL.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux.
• Experience with Multithreading.

• Implement, optimize, and deploy ML models into production;

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

You will be part of a global engineering team driving the design and development of Zone ECU (Electronic Control Unit) products, which are central to next-generation vehicle E/E architectures. This role focuses on defining hardware concepts and architectures in collaboration with OEM customers, while ensuring cost efficiency, innovation, and high technical quality. You will work with international colleagues across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and global development practices.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:

• Designing HW architecture and driving innovation for Zone ECU products;
• Collaborating with software, mechanics, sales, and manufacturing teams in a global development network;
• Exploring and integrating new technologies into HW architectures to improve designs and achieve cost targets;
• Implementing detailed analog/digital circuit designs (microcontrollers, power supply, high-speed Ethernet, CAN/LIN communication, analog/digital I/O, eFuse, etc.) based on the architecture;
• Contributing across the full lifecycle — from initial prototypes to detailed verification;
• Working with international teams in the Americas, Europe, and Asia to share and reuse technical solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• 5+ years of experience in hardware architecture development and analog/digital circuit design;
• Strong background in electrical and automotive engineering;
• Proficiency with schematic tools, circuit simulation, Mathcad, Excel, or equivalent engineering tools;
• Deep expertise in cutting-edge Zone ECU hardware architecture design;
• Global communication skills and perspective through collaboration with international teams;
• Direct experience translating OEM customer needs into product development;
• Japanese – N2 level (upper-intermediate);
• English – B1+ (reading/writing required).

• Knowledge of FMEA, DRBFM, or other design review methods;

• Design, implement and deploy new scalable and secure Golang and Node.js services;
