Varvara manages the Recruitment department and mentors recruiters. She is actively involved in a full cycle of the recruiting process, including screening, interviewing, onboarding, adaptation, performance review, and offboarding of employees.

Among her core responsibilities are:

• Collection of statistics and analytics on employees;
• Development of the Compensation & Benefits system, a referral program;
• Drawing up general documentation for employees, HR department, and their actualization;
• Review of the salary market;
• Preparation and conduct of corporate events and team-building activities;
• Constant close interaction with C-level to solve current issues.
